This month’s beer dinner spotlights craft beers from award-winning brewery and brewpub, Victory Brewing Company in Philadelphia. In the spirit of the holidays, all guests will receive a complimentary Victory pint glass to take home. For this final Craft Beer Dinner of the year, we’ll also have some special surprises in store!

Fennel and Cauliflower Oyster Stew with Tarragon, Pancetta,
Meyer Lemon Olive Oil and Corn Bread Croutons
Paired with Victory Prima Pils
Chard and Nutmeg Ricotta Gnudi, Cardamom Sage Brown Butter,
Local Pecans and Caramelized Pumpkin
Paired with Victory Golden Monkey Ale
Char Grilled Canadian Bacon Confit, Yukon Gold Potato,
